How to Submit Your Expenses

  1. Log onto WTR
  2. Go to Appointments
  3. Enter date range you want to claim
  4. Complete the KH report for every appointment by clicking on the plus sign. (red card plus sign is also in this column) Expenses cannot be claimed unless the KH report is completed.
  5. Go to the side menu and click ‘Submit Expenses’
  6. Click submit.
  7. You will receive a confirmation of your submission by email.
